Things you need for a good Block Party:
1. Awesome food
2. Great Music
3. Fun games
4. A secret spot to hook up with your even-more-secret girlfriend.
Liam Edenhoff is a simple creature. He likes women, tacos, and sex. As long as he has those in his life, everything is good. He's finally realizing maybe he's just not cut out for relationships - surely there's got to be a woman out there who'd be okay with roof top margaritas, casual sex, and no attachments.
Enter a new neighbor - one who is allergic to commitment and prefers her sex casual but frequent. She's seen him at his worst and is still willing to play his games, on three conditions - discretion is a must, casual is key, and absolutely no drama. Sounds like the perfect arrangement. What could go wrong?
Famous last words when dealing with neighbors.
This story contains scenes of a graphic sexual nature, multiple uses of coarse language, and more tacos than is healthy or sane to read about. Reader discretion is advised.
This is the third installment in the Twin Estates series
Angie’s Thoughts:
What a great follow up to A Twin Estates Series! I highly encourage you to read the other books before reading Block Party. You get more insight into who Liam is and some questions that you may have about him will be answered in the previous books.
Block Party is a book about Liam and Ayumi. One who is a man whore, party-loving, taco eating man who is trying to fill his broken heart any way he can. The other is a no strings attached, workaholic who wants things her way but deep down there’s a sad little girl who wants to be loved. When you put the two together you get a sexy, sarcastic, funny as hell book.
I loved seeing a side of Liam I’ve never seen. A softer side. One that only a good, strong woman could bring out of him. It was nice and made me love him even more.
I also enjoyed reading more of Ayumi. We didn’t read much of her in the past books since she’s Wulf’s assistant. I couldn’t have picked a better woman for Liam myself well except myself. Lol, She’s such a strong, independent, woman. I felt so many emotions for her. She and Liam together are amazing.
Block Party is a fun yet serious, sexy, hot as hell book. Stylo is a mad genius and if you haven’t joined her taco loving train you definitely are missing out.

Liezel’s Thoughts:
Who would have thought that Liam Edenhoff would have so many layers? He wasn’t what I expected at all! I thought he was shallow and egotistical especially in the first book in the series – Neighbors but as I was reading this story I realized that it would just take the right woman for all of that to fade away.
Is the right woman Ayumi Nakada? In the beginning, it was difficult to accept considering just how closed off Wulf’s assistant was. She was workaholic who rarely had time for fun while Liam’s middle name was “fun”. Yes, they were completely opposite but that was the beauty of the story – witnessing how they could meld together into a great partnership.
I loved how Liam brought out the best in Ayumi and how she influenced him to just be all around better. The kicker of the story is the dynamics between the various couples and how they interact with each other considering their scandalous history. I tell you, it’s like reading a soap opera!
Overall, I thought Block Party was a great follow-up to the previous books in the series and I can not wait how the brokenhearted Tori too finds her HEA.
