Was Audrey Carlan able to pull it off? Absolutely! It was uncomfortable and more that difficult to accept at first but time and again Audrey proved that they were destined to be.

The passion and chemistry was never a question between these two. I couldn’t ask for a better ending to Maria’s story. Her contentment and happiness rivaled that of her soul sister’s.
I love every single one of Audrey’s books. It never fails that when I finish one of hers, I walk away from with a peace and light in my heart. Her books are positively breathtaking. If you haven’t read the series, I highly recommend doing so now.

The kiss is feral. He plunders my mouth with his tongue in wild, hedonistic abandon. Both of us drop our drinks to the sand below without a care, preferring to hold on to one another.
