Angie’s Thoughts:

I just received these today and my daughter and I have already listened to all 4 1/2 hours of audio! I love Mae Whitman and her talent shines through as she takes on the voice of Barbara or Batgirl! She transitions flawlessly between characters too. Both of us got caught up in Barbara’s world that everything ceased to exist around us. That speaks volumes for Lisa Yee’s writing.

By the time the audiobook was over my daughter wanted to be Batgirl and have friends just like hers! I don’t mind her having a role model like Barbara! Thank you, Lisa Yee, for writing a great story that I can let my daughter listen to and books I look forward to buying for her for years to come!
