LP Lovell created such an complex, strong female lead in the Kiss of Death Series. Once I cracked into the first book – Kill Me, I wanted to know everything about Una. While Kill Me depicted her present, Make Me is about her past – how she morphs into ” The Kiss of Death”.
Given her stature, I did expect her upbringing to be harsh but what I didn’t expect was just how dark and disturbing it would go. LP Lovell certainly kept things painfully intriguing. This is exactly what will keep me following this nail-biting series.
If you enjoyed the first book then you I would definitely recommend grabbing this prequel. You will definitely get a better understanding of our enigmatic heroine and have you clamoring for more.
