When I thought I had read everything K. Webster had written she surprises me with a novella about merman and mermaids. I’ve read thousands of books but I’ll have to say this was a first for me.
We get a little bit of everything in this beautiful, touching story of two people who are so deeply connected they don’t even have a rational explanation for it.
Madden is the president over a MC and Hali is a girl hiding from her father. What happens on one magical night in the ocean creates a bond like no other.
“Life always has a plan. You may think you can run from it. Outsmart it. Outplay it. But in the end, it’s going to find you. And it’ll be the best thing that’s ever happened to you.”
I loved this short, sweet, sexy novella. It had me enchanted from the first page and I couldn’t put it down until I was finished.
