Some stories are Never finished being told. After all, we're all victims of heartache and strife at some point. Maybe I'm a little more susceptible to both, but I've got an ace up my sleeve. I've got Ty McCabe. He's helped me survive a lot. More than I ever thought possible. We've come a long way together, but we can't stop now. What's that old saying? Don't rest on your laurels? Well, I'm not resting and neither is he. Life didn't even give us that option. We've got problems. Big ones. Let's see if we can do this, survive the downs and get back to the ups. Guess only time will tell.

Liezel’s Thoughts:

First of all, I need to commend C.M. Stunich for doing the unthinkable. Releasing all these books within a short period of time. Simply amazing! I have no idea how you do it and manage your facebook page, promotions and respond to fan mail too? Do you seriously have a clone or something?

I’ve always loved this series. Click HERE for my reviews – note they have tons of spoilers.  I was elated that my email from weeks ago was answered. The gist of my message to the author was ” please write more about this couple, please.”

In book 3 we were left with a pregnant Never. In this book it is about their life  after marriage and childbirth and the struggles they go through. It deals with real life issues that any new married couple in their economic status might face.

Ty and Never have always been what I would describe an unconventional couple. And like books 1-3 ,the  story isn’t your typical happy-go-lucky, hearts, flowers, rainbows and unicorns kind of book. And to me this is what makes it stand out from the rest.

“You’re the mother of my fucking children and the queen to the kingdom of my goddamn heart. I will defend you to the death, even against the enemy of you self-fucking-doubt.”

I thought the story was well written, it was raw and gritty. Real. Yes, most (if not all) of the dialogue may have  cuss words but unbelievably the delivery was spot on.

As you know from their history,  Ty and Never have always been sexually uninhibited and to me those scenes were also AMAZING, almost poetic even. I know I am not making sense but you just have to read the series to see what I am trying to explain.

“When we fuck, Ty and I spin the universe into a million different shades of stark ass beauty and bloody brilliant blinding light. When our bodies meld, we conjure up the one thing this starving world needs most: true fucking love.”

And I can’t go without mentioning Ty but OMG that man … seriously! Virile, super-dad, fantastic husband, sure he still has his insecurities but Never does too and again they were able to tackle those together. Loved him!

Only thing that left me unsatisfied was Noah. I just want him to get his HEA. I’m almost wondering if a Never sandwich would work. I mean the relationship is already unconventional, why can’t we just add one more component to the mix? His “might” is just not good enough for me. I want it all – Ty, Never and Noah.

Loved this one. Love the entire series. And if I forgot to mention I fuckin‘ love Ty? It has a cliffhanger but C.M. Stunich is just amazingly fast in getting her work out there, I’m sure we won’t have to wait that long.

The Verdict:

About C.M. Stunich

C.M. Stunich was raised under a cover of fog in the area known simply as Eureka, CA. A mysterious place, this strange, arboreal land nursed Caitlin’s (yes, that’s her name!) desire to write strange fiction novels about wicked monsters, magical trains, and Nemean
Lions (Google it!). She currently enjoys drag queens, having too many cats, and tribal bellydance.
Always a fan of the indie scene and
‘sticking it to the man,’ Ms. Stunich
decided to take the road less traveled and forgo the traditional publishing route. You can be assured though that she received several rejections as to
ensure her proper place in the world of writers before taking up a friend’s offer to start a publishing company. Sarian Royal was born, and Ms. Stunich’s books slowly transformed from mere baking chocolate to full blown tortes with hand sculpted fondant flowers.

C.M. is a writer obsessed with
delivering the very best and scours her mind on a regular basis to select the most unusual stories for the outside world.
