When Lucky's car breaks down one night after a party, it is Zane who comes to her rescue. As Zane attempts to sweep Lucky off of her feet, she soon realizes that nothing is as it seems and that Zane may very well be the guy for whom she changes the rules. That is until she meets Braydon.

I needed a book like this. This one was a light and easy, heartwarming good read.
I loved how Lucky was so responsible and mature at 22. Despite the loss of her parents she remained strong and resilient. She believed in obtaining an education and was enthusiastic about her chosen major. Even with constant financial problems she remained independent and steadfast.
“I would rather have a month, or a week, or even a day with you than no time at all….”
I also adored Zane. For being a handsome rich guy that had everything going for him you’d think he would be superficial, egotistical and arrogant but he was none of those things. He too was deep and passionate, was caring and gentle and oh so protective of Lucky’s well-being. When he set his mind on something he went for it. I also loved how dedicated and loyal he was towards his brother.
I thought that the story was smoothly written. The back story and history spiel made it even that much more interesting. What I absolutely adored about this book was their proclamation and the HEA. I really can not wait for the next one.
